Data Copy List Window

Toolbar -

  • New  - Click to set up a new Data Copy.

  • Edit  - Select the Data Copy you want to edit and then click the Edit button.

  • Submit The Data Copy For Processing  - Select the Data Copy you want to process and then click the Submit button.

  • See Processing Details For A Data Copy  - Select a Data Copy and then click this button to see a summary of all properties for the Data Copy. See also Access Processing Report for a Data Copy.

  • Archive a Data Copy  - Select the Data Copies you want to archive and then click the Archive button.

  • Delete  - Select the Data Copy to delete and then click the Delete button.

  • Information About Data Copy Services  - Click to see the status of the services that support Data Copy functionality. See also Check Status of Data Copy Services.

  • Help  - Click to open help that is specific to working with Data Copies.

Current List – Use this drop-down list to control the type of Data Copies that show in the list window. The list filters to show only the selected types. You can filter to see All Data Copies (both current and archived) or to see only Current Data Copies or only Archived Data Copies.

Data Copies and Status Information – The list window provides a number of details about a Data Copy including its processing status, when it was created or last updated, and when it was submitted for processing. The status for a Data Copy will be either Not Process, In Process, Completed, or Error.
