Check Status of Data Copy Services

There are two server-side services that support Data Copy functionality. The services initiate programs related to the processing of Data Copies. To see the status of those services, including how often they are scheduled to run and the last time they ran, follow the steps below. For more information about these services, see the Stratum Service section of the online help.

1.   Click Analyst Tools then Data Copy from the main menu in the top panel of Stratum.

2.   In the Data Copy list window, click Information About Data Copy Services then view details in the Data Copy Services window.

Note: If a service has not been configured yet or never been used, a status of “Never started.” shows as its last refresh date. If there is an issue with security such as authority to connect to applicable Stratum data, a status of “Not available.” shows as the service’s last refresh date. In those cases, contact your Stratum Administrator for assistance.

1.   Click About Stratum from the main menu in the top panel of Stratum.

2.   When the About Stratum window opens, look at the Other Implementation Details section and its Data Copy Services properties. That section shows the last refresh date for each service.
