Drilldown views can be attached to individual measure items and/or the entire Measure Items axis. If you want the same drilldown view attached to one or more measure items, make it the drilldown view for the Measure Items axis. If you want some measure items to have a unique drilldown view assignment, select the applicable view for each applicable measure item. The drilldown view selection for an individual measure item overrides the selection for the Measure Items axis in cases where both the axis and a measure item have drilldown views assigned to them.
1. Double-click the Measure Items folder in view explorer.
2. In the Properties window, select Yes for the Drilldown View property.
3. Use the Select View window that displays to choose a view as the drilldown view for measure items in the view.

The sales measure item in this view has the Revenue Trending by Customer view selected as its drilldown view. When a user clicks on a value for that measure item, the values from the applicable row will be passed along to the destination view of Revenue Trending.
