1. Click View Group in the Admin Utilities view group.
2. Select the group in the View Group list window and click Edit .
3. Use the Active property in the View Group Maintenance window to control whether the view group will be available or not to in the left panel. An Active setting of Yes means the view group will be visible and available to use in the left panel by users who have the view group linked up to their user profile group. An Active setting of No means the view group won’t be visible or available in the left panel for those users.
4. Save the group.
