Display Columns - Sort and drag or drop columns to rearrange the window information.

  • The “Last Used” display column helps you monitor who has been using Stratum.Viewer. It shows the last time each user accessed Viewer. If the Last Used column is blank for a user, that’s an indicator the user has not accessed Viewer since your company upgraded to Version 7.1 or greater.

  • The “Invalid Windows User Name” display column helps you identify users whose profiles need attention.

    • Yes displays for active users that have an invalid Windows user name/domain. Those profiles should be reviewed. Corrective action would be to either disable the user or provide a valid Windows user name.

    • No displays for active users with valid Windows user name. No corrective action is needed.

    • Blank displays for disabled user profiles. No corrective action is needed.

Selecting Users - You can select one user profile at a time. Double-click a user profile to open it for editing. Or, select a user profile and click Edit or Delete based on what you need to do with the profile.

Paging Controls - Use the paging arrows and links to move between pages of user profiles. Controls are active only when there are multiple pages of user profiles.

Note: For all windows that display lists (views, user lists, etc.), there is a single administrative setting on the Application window that controls how many items display per page in a list.

Search - Enter all or part of the name of the user profile(s) you are searching for and then press Enter or click the Search  button to execute the search.
