Your user profile in Stratum.Viewer has a "Level" assigned to it that controls what you can do in the application. There are casual, advanced, view administrator, and security administrator levels -- each one having progressively more access to parts of the application. Security administrators use settings in administrative pages to set up user profiles and level of access.
To see which level you're at, click the Settings button in the top panel and then choose About Stratum.Viewer.
