Do I have to Customize Parameter Settings?

At a minimum, you should review all default parameter settings to make sure they fit your implementation needs and to look for opportunities to adjust them as needed.

For example, you may prefer to adjust Key Error settings. By default, the application will stop database processing if it encounters an error. You may decide to let processing continue until a set number of errors occur such as 10, in which case you need to customize the Key Error Limit from 0 to 10. Also, you can use the review as an opportunity to adjust Batch Process email settings. Settings control email generation after batch processes, including who receives the email. Emails are a means of notifying recipients that a process occurred. A log attached to the email can be reviewed for additional information.
